Im off now for a few days R&R (with three kids I'll be bloody lucky {R & R ought to stand for riots and ruckus}). Back on Friday for the jamboree that we know and love as Chester Races starts to wind down the season. Im off up to Glasgow for a few days, and hopefully I'll get a chance to nip up the road to Gleneagles and catch up with a few mates.
