Whilst out at a beer tasting on Monday night, I got a text from young Daniel, my apprentice/commis/bitch, telling me that he'd just sold two bottles of Petrus 1997 in La Brasserie. Obviously he was rather excited about this, and quite rightly too. It was a good sale, and he got a chance to perform for himself the rituals of service, not to mention he got the opportunity to taste it. Good effort young jedi, I can see you are learning what I teach you!!
