Beer Tasting

We had a beer tasting today to try and choose some new beers for the library and brasserie. The fella that came and showed us a load of beers, is an importer of specialist beers, but he also runs a bar in the outskirts of Manchester that sells all this stuff. So he really knows his stuff, and I have to say that the beers he brought along for us to try were pretty good beers. Most of them were beers that I had never heard of, they generally have a low profile in the UK, which is good for what we are looking for. Next week I will post a few tasting notes of some of the beers that we are going to list, but first we need to decide which ones we are choosing.
